Winter’s Table

About Restaurant: Food and joy are intimately connected here at Hillholm Estate, our 1895 Gilded Age mansion tucked among Maine’s High Peaks. We strive to craft a culinary experience in mindfulness for you: slow down to savor every bite. We emphasize seasonal, local ingredients procured from small Maine growers and farmers. Our offerings change weekly, sometimes nightly. We offer a single prix fixe tasting menu with five courses. Our menus reflect Chef JennyBess Chaim’s travels across the globe and varied ethnic backgrounds, ranging from Nordic traditions to Middle Eastern comfort food. We welcome you to a single nightly seating at 7:00 p.m., by prior reservation only. Some of our tables are private; some share space with other diners. Our Lounge rejuvenates Prohibition novelties with shrubs from Precessional Apothecary, house-made bitters, syrups, infusions, and homemade aquavit. Stick-to-your-bones bar snacks are available in the Lounge.
