Therasia Restaurant explores the fascinating world of contemporary and classic Mediterannean cuisine, through the creative eye of ingenious Greek-Italian chef Ettore Botrini and his talented team, delivering mouth-watering dishes of top-notch gastronomic mentality. Our menu serves as an exploration of the eternal trade of gastronomic influences between the contrasting cultures of the Mediterranean seas and a journey to our Chef’s culinary origins from the infinite green hills of Tuscany, to the deep blue waters of the Ionian and the Aegean pelagos.
