The Slogar has been offering a unique, three – course family style, skillet fried chicken dinners in CB since 1984. You just have to choose your “entree” – all the sides are already chosen for everyone : handmade baking powder biscuits, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, & chicken gravy have been a CB tradition for both locals & visitors alike….and tomato chutney! Steak, ribs, & vegetarian options also available. Ian & Ayla Scott have been the owners of The Slogar since 2018. They bring charm, experience, & a whole lotta love to your table.
