About Restaurant: Open 7 days a week, the Hudson is a refreshing new restaurant. The restaurant is set in a comfortable and luxurious space. It is designed keeping in mind the comfort of the diners. The environment is cool and the dining-rooms are well lit. The high vaulted ceilings and massive windows create a lux environment to richly compliment our stunning views of Sedona’s world-famous Red Rocks.Despite not being overly innovative, classic dishes are given a new spin using seasonal ingredients. Some of the leading dishes on the Hudson menu include our Prime Ribeye, Hudson Mushroom Burger, crispy Calamari and Ellie’s Peanut Butter Pie.We strongly encourage reservations, but also accept walk-ins.
