About Restaurant: Two iconic destinations come together as we bring Fortnum’s to the City for the first time. The Fortnum’s Bar & Restaurant will serve up a seasonal and contemporary menu from within the al fresco-style surroundings of the Royal Exchange’s spectacular central courtyard – and we are taking bookings now!
The menu – which goes from breakfast through to dinner – allows metropolitan traditions to meet modern London. A luxurious offering of caviar, shellfish, and hand-carved smoked salmon will be served in addition to light, raw, and vegan options; while Fortnum’s most renowned dishes, including Welsh Rarebit and the Knickerbocker Glory will also appear, alongside fresh produce from our famous Food Halls, such as our exclusive Glenarm beef. Food will be served alongside an extensive and expertly curated wine and Champagne list, in addition to cocktails, floats, and digestives.
