Scott is an award winning Chef, who gained his extensive cooking skills by working at Michelin starred venues such as Arbutus, Wild Honey in London by Anthony Dimitri and Sugar Boat Scotland.The dishes Scott creates are focused on seasonality, flavour and most importantly ingredients are sourced from local sustainable suppliers.
