About Restaurant: The building of speisemeisterei is a cultural monument since 1928 and was renovated with love to the historical design from the federal state Baden Württemberg. Since then our restaurant offers different options for individual events for up to 99 people. Stefan Gschwendtner is manages the kitchen since 2016. Since 2022 it´s awarded with 2 michelin-stars. The speisemeisterei offers a mulit-course menu from 6:30pm in his rooms and on the terrace in the summer. With proordering a vegetarian menu is available as well. The serviceteam with restaurant manager Sara Lembke and her locum Julia Wörishofer welcomes you on the spot and accompanies the guests through the evening. Our sommelière Johanna Renz pampers you with her selcted wine or nonalcoholic pairing or your chosen bottle of wine from the menu.
