About Restaurant: ARE WE A RESTAURANT? A BAR? A DISTILLERY? YES! WE ARE ALL THOSE THINGS. WE ARE A DESTINATION LIKE NO OTHER. We built our facility inside a prohibition era bank building. Inside you will find a one-of-a-kind tasting room on our main floor. Welcome to walk-ins on Friday and Saturdays. Reservations will be for upstairs, unless full, then seating will be downstairs at our high top tables. Come in and enjoy our signature cocktails paired perfectly with our incredible food menu in a sophisticated environment. All spirits are house made. We have local craft beers and local wine from Franklin Hill Vineyards. Come in for lunch, dinner, tastings, or just hang at the bar. Whatever you choose you will be amazed by the stunning view of our state-of-the-art distilling equipment.
