Created by Head Chef Jennifer Salhoff, a “Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsey” finalist. Our NEW Handcrafted Island Cocktails Menu are sure to excite and delight! Sal Rosa is located on the second floor of the Le Meridien Hotel in Downtown Tampa, the city’s historic 100 year old former courthouse. Our historic meets modern atmosphere is unparalleled to any other in the area with marbled walls, modern décor and historic pieces throughout the space. Ask your bartender or server about the buildings history! Monday-Friday: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Saturday and Sunday: Brunch 7am-2pm.
