About Restaurant: Since 2018, we welcome Chef Philip Guardione and his Sicilian kitchen, Piccola Cucina. Philip cooks authentic Sicilian food which is an amalgam of Italian cuisine influenced by all the cultures that found Sicily as their crossroads. Simple, fresh ingredients authentically prepared suit the local environment of Red Lodge. At Ox Pasture X Piccola Cucina, we are at the heart of Red Lodge’s artisan food scene, the locally raised world class beef is featured alongside produce and herbs raised in area farms. We work directly with the local farmers and ranchers to obtain the freshest and most seasonally appropriate ingredients.
