Established back in the 1980s the Montaz brand has gone from strength to delicious strength with branches of
the mini-chain gaining favour in Bourne, Ely, St Ives and Brampton over the years. The baby of the group,
this Newmarket branch of Montaz follows the old formula of sleek, contemporary setting,
beautiful Indian and Bangladeshi food and impeccable service. The classy surroundings combine the intimacy of
a restaurant with the vibrant atmosphere of a bar, the result being a fashionable hangout that appeals to all ages,
one in which visitors might choose to linger over drinks after a meal rather than rushing for the nearest pub.
