This ornate, luxe dining room is dressed with maroon coloured feature walls, Indian craftwork and leather sofas. The wine list is mostly Euro with a few antipodean bottles thrown in for good measure, and signature dishes at MemSaab include the tandoori ostrich infused with garlic and red chilli; and the rasmalai dessert – Indian milk patties in a saffron sauce garnished with edible rose petals.
