About Restaurant: The Goldener Hirsch Restaurant is temporarily closed while we prepare for summer season. Reserve your table for the unveiling of our new summer dinner menu on June 14th when we reopen for the summer season Dinner and Weekend Lunch service. Join us on Sunday, May 26th 11am-3pm, for our Memorial Day Barbecue on the patio featuring perfectly smoked meats and barbecue favorites with a modern Bavarian twist.Drawing inspiration from its Austrian namesake, Executive Chef Senthil deftly marries the plentiful bounty of local Park City pastures with Bavarian specialties to create delectable modern alpine cuisine. We have a $50 per bottle corkage fee and guests are permitted to bring a maximum of two bottles per party. All seating requests are noted, but not guaranteed.
