About Restaurant: Fiorenza was founded on December 1st of 2012 by Roberto Persi, the original chef of Toscana in Italy, and his wife Fiorenza in the suburbs of San José del Cabo. After two years they changed their headquarters to the touristic zone in San José. Thanks to the great service and the wonderful taste of the authentic Italian food the place has been a complete success.
