About Restaurant: Welcome to Est! Est!! Est!!! We are located in the breath-taking Dayton Arcade. Our Chef Simone Conosciani is from Rome Italy. Being Italian, it has been his lifelong dream to bring his authentic Italian Cuisine to United States, Especially Dayton Ohio and we are blessed with his talents. We open for lunch Monday through Saturday from 11:30am to 3:00pm. and from 3:00pm to 5:00pm a variety of handmade delicious pizzas from our brick oven.is available.
