Either/Or is focused more closely on the cuisine; seeking to provide our community with intentional, well-crafted, and elevated yet familiar dishes that has something for everyone. Our (soon to be) signature dish is a Fried Bologna Sandwich, prepared in house from start to finish. Until then, our menu features light bites like Spring Rolls and Fried Oaxaca Cheese, composed entrées like Seared Scallops and New York strip Steak de Burgo, and vegan options such as the Cold Buckwheat Noodle Salad and Impossible Smush Burger. The location holds a versatile space, with a playscape for kiddos and families to spend time just outside of our covered patio- a 50 person private dining space – and cozy dining spaces that can cater to the first-date(rs), pre-Val Air crowd, or bikers coming off the nearby trail.
