Course

About Restaurant: Food Network ‘Chopped’ Champion Chef Cory Oppold and his culinary team take you on a food journey of both your taste and visual senses, using seasonality of products and a progression of flavor. COURSE offers a 10-course tasting menu Friday and Saturday and a 5-course ‘choice of’ menu on Wednesday and Thursday, as well as Morning Would, our 6-course prix fixe spin on Sunday brunch. The multi-course brunch atmosphere differs from the dinner experience, as it is more “festive” playing 80s and 90s jams. Not just a meal, COURSE is a dining experience. Our menus change seasonally, and current & upcoming special menus can be viewed on our website.
