About Restaurant: Located just a block from The Commons, Coltivare is the downtown Ithaca culinary center, event venue, and farm-to-table restaurant of Tompkins Cortland Community College. Our professionally staffed restaurant supports four related degree programs as well as sourcing much of its produce from the college’s TC3 Farm in Dryden. Serving seasonal New American fare locally sourced and inventively prepared, we let the flavors of the Finger Lakes shine through. We also feature a full selection of craft cocktails, regional wines, and New York State beer.Open for Dinner nightly Tuesday-Sunday, we offer Happy Hour specials at the bar during the week and a special Sunday Brunch. Private party facilities: Here at Coltivare there are several function space options. The Ballroom will accommodate catered events for up to 200 guests. Other spaces include a tiered amphitheater and a ten-station state of the art cooking laboratory available for demonstrations, lectures and team-building exercises. The Restaurant, with 110 seats, also houses The Wine Cellar which is a private dining room for up to 30 guests. Coltivare is one of the largest event venues in Tompkins County.
