About Restaurant: The Charcoal Steak House is an independent local steakhouse serving the Waterloo region community for over 65 years. Enjoy AAA Steaks, richly marbled wagyu, slow roasted prime rib, fresh seafood, mouth-watering pig tails, legendary smoked ribs and more. At lunch we feature an extensive menu with burgers, sandwiches, bowls and healthy salad choices. Sundays are made for Brunch from 9:00am – 1:00pm. Our Martinis Bar with summer patio offers the full Steak House menu or light meals in a more casual setting.
