Everything about the decor is an homage to cowboys, gold rush towns and cooking over a campfire. Each night there is a different menu item on special, whether it is the slow-cooked prime rib, 20-ounce T-bone or surf n’ turf 8-ounce sirloin and jumbo shrimp combo.
Steaks are king at Cattlemens, with several cuts of meat and different seasoning options.
