About Restaurant: Welcome to Bushido Japanese Restaurant, an authentic Japanese Sushi Restaurant and Bar, located in the West Ashley area of Charleston. We are proud to have been featured on Travel Channel’s “Man Versus Food” for THE BUSHIDO SEPPUKU CHALLENGE (The Spicy Tuna Hand Roll Challenge Redux).
Our sushi menu includes Nigiri, Sashimi and Sushi Rolls (spicy tuna rolls, California rolls, salmon rolls). We can also help create a custom sushi creation.
We also offer a variety of appealing appetizers (crab wontons, shumai, gyoza) and fabulous hibachi and tempura entrees (calamari, shrimp and vegetable tempura).
