About Restaurant: Bistro 1400 is currently closed due to our relocation to the MCCC Campus in Blue Bell, PA. Bistro 1400 will reopen once our new facility opens.Bistro 1400 is the student run restaurant of the Culinary Arts Institute of Montgomery County Community College. Bistro 1400 allows culinary students to gain hands-on restaurant experience. Menus are created using a variety of cooking techniques focusing on taste, texture, color and creativity using locally sourced foods.
