Anne-Marie at the Taste of the Taj is entirely gimmick-less, with no special offers, unfussy surroundings and a simple menu of entirely recognisable, tried and tested dishes cooked by a team of skilled Bangladeshi chefs who concentrate their talents on getting the best out of their ingredients to produce dishes that, while authentic, are also suited to the Western palate.
