The Name ALBA is derived from Kiran’s name, which in Sanskrit (किरण) means “A ray of sun”. ALBA means SUNRISE in Italian. The first thing you see in the sky is a Ray of Sun, which creates a SUNRISE. That is how the couple decided to call their first restaurant as “ALBA”. ALBA’s Dining room & Terrace has a breathtaking View of mountains paired with the aromas of the freshest of fresh ingredients along with the skillful plate presentation by the most experienced culinary team .
