The Avenue and Capital Crab

About Restaurant: The Avenue is a family-friendly neighborhood noshery serving fresh seafood and contemporary American cuisine by Chef Paul Madrid in an exposed brick casual setting. We offer elevated American fare, fresh local seafood, a full-service bar, a beer list featuring local, American, and Belgian craft beers, and, most importantly – a comfortable, fun atmosphere. Come early with the little ones or later for date-night buffoonery, and dine al fresco with your pooch on the front patio. The Avenue was honored by EaterDC with the #1 Burger in DC 2022. True to a neighborhood joint, the goal is to get to know each guest, treat them how we’d like to be treated, and have them back time and time again.
