About Restaurant: As part of the Two Before Ten group, we’re serious about sustainability. The Denman is an opportunity for us to take our commitment to the planet to another level, showcasing a nose-to-tail menu that’s as close to zero waste as possible.As with everything we do, we source from suppliers that engage in environmentally and socially sustainable initiatives and we recycle everything from packaging to cups. All our waste is processed through our local industrial composter and then used to rejuvenate soils at our Aranda Urban Farm.
