About Restaurant: Since 1979, Cory Porter has operated a restaurant at the junction of Keating X Road and West Saanich Road, serving comfort food at
good prices to residents of Brentwood Bay and surrounding areas. His original restaurant, The Porter House, was later transformed into an award-winning Smitty’s Family Restaurant which he operated for 30 years.
In January 2012, he opened the jewel in his restaurant crown – Sassy’s Family Restaurant.
