About Restaurant: You thought you knew Chinese gastronomy? The Shang Palace will challenge all your certainties. From Canton to Sichuan, passing through Yangzhou, chef Samuel Lee presents the flagship dishes of the (very vast) Chinese gastronomy in the respect of seasonality, without a show of strength but with finesse and delicacy.
In the spectacular hall of this palace, an elevator takes you to a cosy room. No window here but a subdued light, a soft carpet, an imperial decoration and wood for a refined and calm atmosphere, allowing to taste his duck lacquered sheltered from prying eyes.
All dishes intoxicate and leave unforgettable memories. It is no coincidence that the Shang Palace is the only Chinese starred restaurant in France!
