Catering: On the food front Glass Island is proud to announce a partnership with Simon Ekas Catering who have implemented a new weekend food menu as well as looking after Glass Island’s private event catering. Menu highlights include Simon’s take on the ‘Classic Cheeseburger’ focusing on only the best ingredients, including the world famous Martin’s Potato Bun (used by US Hamburger chain – Shake Shack), an incredible ‘Slow Roasted Beef Brisket Roll with horseradish’ and the dangerously moreish ‘cheeseburger spring rolls’. Freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters with a glass of champagne in hand and the sun on your face is still one of life’s simple pleasures.

“Simon Ekas Catering is proud to partner with Glass Island to deliver a menu featuring modern twists on good old fashioned favourites. Fresh, high quality ingredients dominate the menu and will contribute to the overall standout Glass Island experience”.
Simon Ekas, Director
