Catering: The Snelling Conference Center is located adjacent to Edgar’s Grille for parties and events serving just a few to a few hundred. A small chapel is available for intimate weddings.
Private party facilities: Enjoy exclusive and personally prepared food and wine for 10 at the Chef’s Table. Patrons will be served a themed tasting menu prepared and served by our Executive Chef. Edgar’s Grille may also be available for large private functions up to 225 guests, with full audio visual capabilities in the adjacent Snelling Conference Center.
