About Restaurant: Poquitos – Capitol Hill does not currently offer reservations Friday and Saturday evenings after 6:30pm.Poquitos Chef Manny Arce offers authentic presentations of traditional Mexican cuisine while utilizing the regional benefit of high quality Northwest farms and purveyors. Over 14,000 Talavera tiles from Puebla, Mexico and a variety of Mexican artisan design pieces combine to create an environment that is unique not only to Capitol Hill but Seattle as well. Our outdoor covered patio, with radiant heat, two fireplaces, and 12-seat bar is enjoyable whether for a Sunday lunch or a Friday night cocktail.

Guests can order off the menu or for groups of 14-16 Chef Manny can create a special Chef’s tasting menu.
