About Restaurant: Chef Kinsler Josaime has created Charlotte’s most unique and memorable dining experience in Mariposa. Along with world traveler and owner Jill Marcus, Chef Josaime has created a menu that sources dishes from across the globe. In Marcus’s own words, “Mariposa is personal to me.
