About Restaurant: Chef Susanna and her husband Ben operate Susanna’s Comfort Cuisine Bistro and Bar in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. We offer several Italian dishes but also a variety of Mediterranean and stir fry dishes, plus hand-made pizzas and our Filet Mignon steak.
